Is there a security deposit required?

We typically require a $200 to $300 security deposit depending on the model you choose. This is refunded to you when the bike is returned.
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept only major credit cards.
How long do the eBikes last on a single charge?

We have a wide variety of eBikes available, and they range anywhere from 50km to 130km on a single charge. You can also rent an extra battery to double your range.
Do you offer gift cards or referral programs?

Yes we do, please contact us.
What is your damage, theft, or loss policy?

You are responsible for anything that happens to your bike/scooter when it is under your possession. We do offer plenty of safety accessories like chain locks, grip alarms, and GPS trackers. You can also request that the bike be placed under your current home/tenant insurance policy.
