To begin with this is the newer 2000 motor h7 pro with no controller on left and power button on right handlebars so no app supports this model so I can’t access the settings to change anything. Also the speed is in miles not kms.I talked to someone at the shop to see if he could change miles to kms. the person was clueless about this scooter so he wrote down my phone number and said someone will contact you to help you out. Nobody contacted me. Very disappointed in lack of support. I was thinking of buying another product from Buzzify but changed my mind because of lack of product support. Other than that the scooter rides okay but battery drains fast.
GT73 PRO ebike has been amazing on my ends and getting around the city. I’ve enjoyed so far but wish the battery would hold more longer when riding at full turbo mode. Overall 10/10 will come see you guys again soon l. Thx
everything in this bike is great. the power is crazy, I can only ride it in D mode. even in that mode it does take the front wheel up if you are not careful. I could have gotten Falcon Pro if I knew about the power, but it is good I will not have to upgrade this bike anytime soon. the only issue I could see in this bike is that the seat is painful if you are riding it in rough terrains. I wish it was kinda full size, so the suspension could be better.
