Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Buzzify Inc. We aim to provide fast, transparent, and reliable shipping for all e-bikes, scooters, accessories, and parts. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Processing Times
In-stock items: Processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Pre-orders or backorders will follow the estimated timelines shown on product pages.
2. Shipping Methods & Speed
We ship through trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar etc.
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, and remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.
3. Shipping Costs
We strive to provide free shipping on all e-bikes and scooters across Canada.
In rare cases where free shipping is not available, the exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
Small parts, accessories, and certain oversized items may have additional charges depending on size, weight, and destination.
4. Local Pickup (Toronto)
Customers may choose Free Local Pickup from our Toronto store:

Pickup orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.
In some cases, same-day pickup may be available; this will be noted on the specific product page.
You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship e-bikes or lithium batteries to PO boxes.
Some carriers may have limitations based on lithium battery transport regulations.
Remote or rural locations may experience longer transit times or limited carrier options.
We currently ship within Canada only.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
If your tracking has not updated within 2–3 business days, please contact us.
7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
For items marked as pre-order or backorder:
Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
Dates are estimates and may change due to logistics or supplier delays.
You may cancel a pre-order before it ships by contacting us.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos of the damage.
Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
We will work with the carrier and provide replacement parts, repairs, or a replacement unit depending on the issue.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it:
Check around your property and with neighbours.
Contact the carrier directly.
If still not located, contact us within 72 hours.
Stolen Packages
Buzzify is not responsible for packages stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
Signature requirements may be applied at our discretion for high-value orders.
9. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.
Address changes after the package has shipped may incur carrier re-routing fees.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order must follow the return process if applicable.
11. Holiday & Seasonal Delays
During holidays, extreme weather, or peak shopping seasons, carriers may experience delays. Once an order is in transit, Buzzify cannot guarantee delivery dates.
